Today I added the UI for the electricity system, fixed some bugs and released V0.32 (electricity update).

Change log:

- electricity system (steam engines, batteries, lamps)
- default picture added

changed:
- houses of villagers have now doors

bug fixes:
- closed opening items (e.g doors) weren't completely closed after loading
- the next mouse click after building something in the building menu wasn't working
